Charles Hopkins was born in Michigan, raised in Arizona and after studying Photography at Arizona State University he was driven to relocate to Los Angeles by his passion for cars and photography.
Considered to be a bold Photographic Artist, Hopkins injects wind, grit and gleam into all aspects of his stunning photography be it Cars, People, Places or Things. It is immediately sensed by anyone working with him that he is high energy and full of ideas that both match and exceeds the shoot needs.
His many automotive clients- BMW, Mercedes Benz, Lexus, Infiniti, Acura, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and GMC Trucks- trust his finely-crafted interior and exterior image making skills in the studio, on location or for cgi capture/consulting; he and his production team have worked all across North America, Japan and The Middle East.
A faithful practitioner of Black and White Photography, Charles Hopkins is constantly learning and expanding as an artist through daily photo/video image capture using whatever camera happens to be at hand be it a smart phone, tablet, dslr, mega-pixel capture back or aerial drone.
Charles is an avowed fan of anything on two wheels that has a motor. He also enjoys most activities that involve the great outdoors, particularly mountain biking and hiking both urban and back country trails.
